Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 24th, from noon to 10 p.m. The festival will take place at Dock's Beach House, located at 252 West Lakeshore Dr. in Port Clinton. Prepare yourself for a day of fun, laughter, and winter magic.

The winning ticket will be drawn during the festival, adding to the excitement of the day.

Not only is the Burning Snowman Fest a fun-filled event, but it also serves as a fundraiser for local organizations. One hundred percent of the profits from the festival will be donated to charities such as Kids for Christmas, Ottawa County Family Advocacy Center, and Team VIAC. The Port Clinton police and fire departments will also receive a donation for their assistance throughout the weekend, recognizing their dedication and support.
Family Freeze: Fun for All Ages
The festivities kick off the day before the Burning Snowman Fest with the annual Family Freeze on Friday, February 23rd, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. This event is designed for kids of all ages and will feature s'mores, hot chocolate, face painting, live ice carving, and a fire dance show by the Ohio Burn Unit. It's a chance for families to come together and enjoy the winter wonderland.
During the Family Freeze, two small snowmen will also be set on fire, adding to the excitement and anticipation for the main event. Children can enjoy the event for free, and there will be a DJ and a special project organized by Team VIAC to keep the fun going.
Take a Swig Bar Hop: Keep the Party Going
After the Family Freeze, adults can continue the fun with the Take a Swig Bar Hop from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. SWIG Ohio will provide free shuttle rides to downtown Port Clinton bars, where participants can enjoy food, drinks, and live entertainment. It's the perfect way to cap off a day of festivities and continue the celebration into the night.
