Dr Asha Jyoti Rai, the festival coordinator, mentioned that a community kitchen will be set up to provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner to all participants. The Tapasya Foundation beach festival and Mangaluru Triathlon are being organized in association with Lions Club International Foundation, IDFC First Bank, and other partners. Sabita Shetty, the managing trustee of the foundation, shared that the funds raised from the festival will be utilized for the development of a palliative center for terminally ill cancer patients in Mudipu.

Lions International has already contributed a generous sum of Rs 1.1 crore towards the construction of the center, which will be situated on a 2.6-acre land in Mudipu.
