The focus of this year's craft beer menu is on Anaheim offerings, as Disneyland Resort festival beverage manager Matt Woods wanted to showcase the great breweries in the city. 'We love working with breweries from our own backyard,' Woods said. 'We want to be great neighbors and showcase the great things this city offers.'

By highlighting Orange County breweries, the festival gives both local visitors and out-of-town travelers the opportunity to sample new and popular beers. 'Our guests want to try local offerings, especially those traveling from out of state,' Woods explained. 'I love that we get to uplift small, local breweries by introducing them to people who may not have known about them before.'

Representing San Diego County are Mission, Mother Earth, and Stone breweries, while Los Angeles is sending kegs from Crowns & Hops, La Bodega, and Eagle Rock. Further north, Full Circle, Russian River, and Sierra Nevada round out the tap list at this year's festival.

For many of the local brewers, having their beers served at Disneyland is a dream come true. Lindsay Langton, the creative director of Bottle Logic, expressed her excitement, saying, 'For Disney to seek out small craft businesses and really be so diligent about bringing the community in and showing what the people of this city can do is so incredible.'

Mike Crea, the founder of Unsung Brewing, emphasized the importance of storytelling in both Disneyland and beer making. 'For Disney to understand the importance of small, family-owned businesses and appreciate it and see value in it is incredible,' Crea said.

Trevor Walls, the chief brewing officer of Brewery X, also shared his honor in serving his Baja Boi Mexican Lager at the festival. 'I never thought we'd be pouring beer for Disney,' Walls said.

Beyond Beer: Culinary Delights and Signature Events

In addition to enjoying the wide variety of craft beers, festival attendees can also participate in culinary demonstrations, tasting seminars, and signature events featuring local, celebrity, and Disney chefs.

Disneyland Resort's Food & Wine Festival is a fantastic opportunity for beer lovers to discover and support local breweries while enjoying the magical atmosphere of the park. So, if you're in Southern California, make sure to stop by and raise a glass to the talented brewers of Anaheim and beyond.
