- Boysenberry Pulled Pork over Pastel de Elote: This combination of sweet corn and savory boysenberry pulled pork was an instant hit. The Pastel de Elote, a variation of classic American cornbread, perfectly complemented the flavors.
- Boysenberry BBQ Beef Barbacoa on Mac & Cheese with Green Onions: The smoky flavor of the barbacoa combined with creamy mac and cheese created a mouthwatering combination.
- Lemon Bar with a Boysenberry Compote: Its rich and creamy lemon flavor, enhanced by the boysenberry compote, created a complex and satisfying treat.
- Warm Spam Musubi with a Boysenberry Soy Sauce: The Spam Musubi, made with fried Spam, sticky rice, and seaweed, was elevated with the addition of a sweet boysenberry soy sauce.

During our preview, we also had the opportunity to tour the newly renovated Knott's Hotel. With a refreshed lobby, guest rooms, and the addition of the Thirty Acres Restaurant, the hotel now offers a modern and comfortable stay. As part of the Boysenberry Festival, Knott's is offering a special hotel package that includes park admission, fast-lane vouchers, a tasting card, and more.
While some attractions and entertainment in the Camp Snoopy area are currently closed for transformation, they are expected to reopen in time for the summer season.
