Taking place on the weekend of September 6th - 8th, Pub in the Park St Albans will be the final festival of the year, following successful events in Marlow, Chiswick, and Reigate throughout the summer. Alongside a stellar lineup of musical acts including Tinie Tempah, Scouting for Girls, Olly Murs, and Paloma Faith, the festival is renowned for its world-class food and beverage offerings.

Pubs, restaurants, and chefs from across the UK will be cooking up a range of small plates inspired by their personal career journeys and restaurants. And this year, each restaurant will introduce an elevated dish to their menu called the "Pub Special". These dishes will feature bold flavors and premium ingredients, showcasing the chefs' creativity and culinary skills.

Exciting Culinary Delights from Sticky Mango

One of the exciting additions to Pub in the Park St Albans is Sticky Mango, a pan-Asian restaurant with locations in London's Waterloo and Tower Bridge. Asian cuisine enthusiasts can indulge in dishes such as Tempura Soft Shell Crab Steam Bun with Asian slaw and spicy mayonnaise, Thai Spiced Cauliflower, and Lamb Massaman Curry. There are also child-friendly options like Malaysian Chicken Curry Puffs served with coriander and cumin yogurt and pickles.

Fine Dining with a Twist at Thompson St Albans

Local favorite Thompson St Albans, a Three AA Rosette restaurant, will also be showcasing their fine dining classics with a twist. Their Pub Special is a mouth-watering Lobster Dog served with spiced tomato salsa, compressed lettuce, and spicy lobster mayo. Other dishes on offer include Korean Fried Chicken, Sticky Baby Back Pork Ribs, and Posh Cheese Chips & Gravy.

Introducing Collision Course: A New Restaurant Concept

A brand new restaurant concept, Collision Course, by Sabrina Gidda and Thom Bateman, will be making its debut at Pub in the Park this year. Standout dishes from Collision Course include Ultimate Masala Ox Cheek Mac & Cheese with dill pickles, wild garlic, and beef fat crumb, and a Spicy Pork Sando with citrus slaw, pink pickles, and mango hot sauce.

Barbecue Feast at Pitmasters Bar

There's also a Cue Point Vegan Platter for non-meat eaters, featuring tasty alternatives like Sweet Corn Ribs and Burnt Chilli and Sumac Hispi Cabbage.

DJ BBQ: Adding Flavor and Fun to the Festival

Adding to the festival's vibrant atmosphere is DJ BBQ, who will be bringing his signature energy and live cooking demonstrations to Marlow and Reigate.
