Ticket Options and Festival Highlights

There are different ticket options available for the festival to suit your preferences. VIP tickets offer some fantastic perks, including early entry at 12:00 PM, a festival t-shirt, two drink coupons, and access to a private VIP area with seating, a private bar, and front-of-stage access. General Admission ticket-holders can enter at 1:00 PM and enjoy samples from every barbecue restaurant, as well as access to the concert. Afternoon Access ticket-holders can enter at 3:45 PM and have access to the concert only.

When you enter the festival, you'll receive a wristband that allows you to leave and re-enter as you please. Just make sure not to take it off, as it serves as your ticket for re-entry. Additionally, the festival has a clear bag policy, so be prepared to adhere to that.

Vendor Booths and Additional Amenities

Aside from the barbecue and live music, there will be plenty of vendor booths where you can shop for various items. You'll also have the opportunity to purchase non-alcoholic beverages, merchandise, and food from local food trucks after the BBQ portion of the festival is over. Some vendors may accept credit/debit cards, but it's always a good idea to have some cash on hand. ATMs will be available on-site if needed.

If you're planning on enjoying some alcoholic beverages, you will need to purchase drink tickets. There will be ticket tents where you can buy the tickets, and they can be redeemed at the bars for all alcohol. A few liquor sponsors will be present at the festival as well.

Parking, Rules, and Tips

Parking for the festival is free, unless certain businesses choose to charge for their lots. It's recommended to arrive early and be prepared for parking in different areas, as it is spread out throughout downtown Tyler. Please note that there will be designated areas where chairs will not be allowed to accommodate more people standing and being closer to the stage. However, there will still be plenty of room for VIPs and non-VIPs to have chairs with great views of the stage.

There are a few items that are not allowed at the festival, including outside food or drinks, weapons, drugs, trays, coolers, pets (except for service animals with proper documentation), and bad attitudes. It's all about having a good time and enjoying the party atmosphere.

As for what to bring, make sure to bring your sunglasses, hat, and maybe some sunscreen, as it can get hot. It's also a good idea to bring your appetite and be ready to indulge in some incredible barbecue.
