Get ready for a one-of-a-kind wine and food experience at UNCORK Spring! This event is set to take place on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at the URSB Carteret Performing Arts & Events Center in Carteret, NJ. Organized by Carteret PAC Director Diana St. John and produced by Kathy Bullock of GPS Inc., UNCORK Spring! aims to bring together eleven prize-winning Garden State wineries for an unforgettable day of wine sampling and delicious food pairings.

With over 50 licensed wineries in New Jersey, UNCORK Spring! is the perfect opportunity to discover the best that the state has to offer. New Jersey wineries produce nearly 2 million gallons of wine annually, with a retail value of almost $30 million. This event aims to showcase the unique and diverse wines of the Garden State, highlighting the different growing conditions that contribute to their exceptional flavors.
Eleven renowned wineries, including Tomasello Winery, Valenzano Winery, Bellview Winery, Salem Oak Vineyards, and Autumn Lake Winery, will be participating in UNCORK Spring!. These wineries have been recognized by Tasting Table magazine as some of the top wineries in New Jersey, known for their award-winning wines and exceptional quality.
