The festival, sponsored by Stiles and GoSolr, featured an impressive array of food stalls run by parents of York High students. Each stall was intricately decorated to represent the country it showcased, creating a vibrant and immersive atmosphere. From a Mediterranean store serving tapas and shawarmas to a sushi stall representing Japan, attendees had the opportunity to sample an extensive range of international cuisine.

Families with young children were not left out, as the festival also offered a fun park complete with slides and children's entertainment. Teenagers enjoyed the excitement of paintball, while adults relaxed in a beer garden, savoring a refreshing drink.

Sixteen-year-old Casey van Reenen took the spotlight with her impressive vocal performances. Casey, who participated in York High's Voice competition last year, is a regular performer with the FHC (Familie Huis in Christus) Garden Route band, where she showcases her vocal and bass guitar skills. She also recently performed at the KKNK on the Baron van Rheede stage, further cementing her musical prowess.

Headmaster Francois Moll expressed his gratitude to everyone who attended the festival, including the dedicated sponsors. Stiles and GoSolr were acknowledged as the main sponsors of the event, contributing to its success.
