Hosted by the American Lung Association, the festival is not only a celebration of food and drink but also a fundraiser for the organization's vital mission. All proceeds from the event go towards supporting research, community-based programs, and advocacy efforts aimed at improving lung health in Florida and beyond.

Hernan Millan, chair-elect of the American Lung Association's South Florida Local Leadership Board, emphasizes the significance of the event. He explains, "The Las Olas Wine and Food Festival combines the best of Broward's food scene with an unmatched wine and spirit lineup. We believe our attendees keep coming back year after year because they're doing good while having fun."

A Gastronomic Extravaganza

During the festival, attendees will have the opportunity to indulge in culinary delights from over 40 local restaurants. Additionally, they can sample a wide selection of wines from both domestic and international wineries, with over 200 options available.

Participating restaurants include popular establishments such as American Social, New River Café and Bakery, The Alchemist Café, Timpano Las Olas, The Wilder, and Palm Room. More restaurants will be announced in the coming weeks.

The festival promises more than just great food and drink. Entertainment will be in abundance, with live music, DJs, dancing, and interactive experiences to keep attendees entertained throughout the evening.

Riley Burke, senior director of trade development at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, expresses his enthusiasm for the festival. "This is one of the premier wine, spirits, and food festivals in South Florida," he says.
