While some may wonder why established restaurants like Kung Food Chu's AmerAsia in Covington would participate in the festival, owner Johnny Chu sees it as an opportunity to have fun and support the Asian-American community. After taking a break from the festival, Chu and his father decided to come back this year to "put on a show" and provide the best experience for the festival guests. Along with serving their popular dishes, they will also hold raffles for Kung Food merchandise.
