Local vendors, such as Casa Cortes, a popular Mexican restaurant on North Ninth Street, seized the opportunity to showcase their products and services. Casa Cortes, known for its mouthwatering birria tacos, found their flautas to be the perfect on-the-go option for festival attendees.
